Ingredients

    1 red onion
    2 tbsp valsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp brown sugar

    100 g Salmon
    1 cup of blanched spinich
    1tbsp light cream cheese

Directions

Caramelize the onion using the first 4 ingredients (cook with lid on for 10 minutes then take off and let it boil down).

Add everything together and serve.
