Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/2 c milk
    2 t olive oil
    3/4 c flour
    1/8 t salt
    Various for filling(s)

Tips

I like putting low-fat mozzarella cheese, turkey, and lots of pepper into my "main course" crepe, and a few tablespoons of dark semi-sweet chocolate chips or Nutella in my dessert crepes. Yummy!


Directions

Beat all ingredients together in bowl. Heat greased/buttered pan on medium-low heat (3-5). Remove pan from heat and pour half of batter into pan. Cook all the way through and until browned on bottom. Add filler ingredients while crepe is in pan. Remove crepe from pan. Re-grease and repeat with remaining batter.

Serving Size: makes 2 crepes
