Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 c turkey breast, cubed
    1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    .5 c milk
    .5 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz) bag frozen broccoli
    .5 c green onion, chopped
    1 tsp dried basil
    .5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a baking dish prepared with cooking spray. Bake for 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • I made this yesterday with turkey leftovers and it was absolutely delicious. There was a lot of liquid so I will defrost the broccoli before adding it to the mix next time. - 2/8/08
