Baked PB Oatmeal

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups quick cooking oats
    1 banana
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions

Add all ingredients, mix and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 8 bars, or 16 for 150 calories.
