Keto Broccoli Cheese Soup

    Shredded Swiss & Gruyere, 1.5 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 stalk, diced
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup
    Swanson Chicken Stock, 3 cup
    Salt and pepper to taste


Simmer broccoli and broth until broccoli is tender, blend half of mixture and return to pot with remaining hald. Simmer all other ingredients in another pot until melted. Mix the two together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 1 cup
