Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving
    Turnips, 1 medium
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

chop everything to desired size & sautee in frying pan
