Salsa Verde

Introduction

I use this as a topping for my breakfast or dinner meals I use this as a topping for my breakfast or dinner meals

Ingredients

    ONE SERVING IS ABOUT 4 CUPS
    WE EAT ALOT OF SALSA :)

    7 Chile Serrano
    1/2 of a medium onion ( any kind) i used Yellow
    1 Garlic piece ( not the whole thing )
    1 large Red Tomato
    Sea Salt to liking ( any salt can be used )

Tips

add salt after and refrigerate to keep fresh for at least a week :)


Directions

You put all the ingredients in a sauce pan bring to a boil.... Then put all the ingredients in the blender with a cup of the water you just boiled the ingredients in mix together to your liking and its done ....

Serving Size: It makes about 4 cups
