Introduction

A great change of pace from tuna and yummy in a sandwich or mixed with cold pasta. A great change of pace from tuna and yummy in a sandwich or mixed with cold pasta.

Ingredients

    1 5 oz. can of salmon
    1 celery stalk diced
    1 small dill pickle diced
    1 tbls. mayo

Tips

add extra veggies of your choice, shredded carrots, diced cucumbers etc. also nice with a slice of tomato on top. Substitute a low fat mayo to save extra calories if needed.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Serving Size: Makes enough filling for two sandwiches
