Salmon cakes

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cayenne pepper dash
    5 oz Chicken of the sea pink salmon in pouch
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup cornflake breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp omega three butter
    1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Tips

You can add 1/4 cup red bell pepper if desired


Directions

Combine scallions, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning in bowl. Stir in salmon, egg and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Form into balls or patties. Cook on George Forman grill about 4 minutes.
