Persimmons Yogurt Pudding

Introduction

Yogurt with a pudding texture--nice and creamy. Yogurt with a pudding texture--nice and creamy.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz light vanilla flavored yogurt
    1 persimmon, pureed
    2 tbsp fat free whipped desert topping

Directions

Place skinned persimmons in blender and puree.
Add light vanilla flavored yogurt and blend.
Divide into two servings.
Top with additional whipped topping, optional.
