Ingredients

    *FISH - Mahi Mahi, 6 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 0.25 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    *Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay), 0.5 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp

Tips

Sprinkle the top of each seafood ball with paprika for aesthetics.


Directions

Pulse 2 thawed mahi mahi filets in the blender along with rehydrated TVP, egg, onions, cilantro and seasoning. Separate mixture out into 4 balls and place onto a baking sheet sprayed lightly with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
