Ingredients

1 Acorn squash, cut in two
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tea cinnamon
1/2 tea salt
Tips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place squash in baking dish, add 1/4 cup water to the bottom. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon into squash. Bake covered 45 minutes, uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes, until squash is fully cooked.
