Wheat Croissant Rolls

Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 3/4 c. warm water
    3 T. yeast
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c honey
    2 eggs
    1 T. salt
    5-6 cups flour (I used 3 whole wheat, 3 white)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and knead for 10 minutes. Ater kneading, divide the dough into four equal sections. Add enough flour to roll out each section of dough and cut it into 8 pieces with a pizza cutter. Roll into croissant shape. Let rise for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, do not overbake. Catch thm just as they're beginning to brown.
