1 pound lean burger (or you'll have grease floating in your
3/4 c. rice (NOT Minute Rice)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp minced onion(I use the dried, bottled kind)
6 saltine cracker squares (crushed)
Combine 1 can tomato soup (10.75 oz?) and 1/2 cup water.
Keep in mind that with this much rice in here, it basically counts as your side as well. These are so filling!
place in casserole pan
pour sauce over meatballs
Bake for 1 hour (if you made small meatballs) at 350.
