brown hamburger & drain all fat, mix in pasta sauce (can add mushrooms, olives, anything else you like in lasagna) and pour half of meat/sauce mixture into bottom of 6 qt crockpot. place layer of dry lasagna noodles on top of meat/sauce. mix parmesan with cottage cheese, and spread half of this mixture on top of dry noodles, top w/ 1 pkg shredded mozzerella. repeat layers, then take approx 1 c. water & pour around the outside edge of crockpot. cooks completely on low in approx 4 hours.
