Ingredients

6 cups diced potato
1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
2 T sweet pickle relish
8 T Lite Mayo
4 oz plain greek yogurt
3 T honey mustard

Directions
Boil diced potato and egg for 15 minutes, rinse with cold water until cooled and drain well, mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
