2 oz reduced-fat creamcheese, at room temperature
3/4 cups Splenda No Calorie Sweetner
3/4 cups Splenda Brown Sugar Mix
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup red cherries

Directions

1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray.

2.) In a medium bowl mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.

3.) Place butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat 1 minute or until smooth. Beat in Splenda No Calorie Sweetner and Splenda Brown sugar mix until light and creamy. Beat in egg, egg white and vanilla extract.

4.) Reduce mixer speed to low. Add flour mixture in 2 batches., beating just until combined. Stir in red and green cherries (drained). Drop dough by rounded teaspoons about 11/2" apart on prepared baking sheets.
