Introduction

This is so good! Can be done in the crock pot or in the oven. Very easy. Whole meal in one pot. This is so good! Can be done in the crock pot or in the oven. Very easy. Whole meal in one pot.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast
    8 large Red Potatoes (cut up to desired size)
    1 can Green Giant cut green beans
    1 package of italian seasoning
    1/2 cup of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (if done in the oven) {1 cup if it's done in the crock pot}

Directions

Cut up red potatos - layer on the bottom.
Put chicken on top of potatos.
Pour green beans (you can include water from can or drain - whichever you prefer)
Add butter then sprinkle italian seasoning.
If done in oven cover dish with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour.
If done in crock pot cook on low for 4 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

  • This is a wonderful dish! A friend made it for us as I am unable to cook at the moment. She sent it in a disposable pan. All I had to do was bake it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. - 10/2/13
