Ingredients

    1 Cup Peanut Butter
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    1/2 cup Almond milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 cups Quick Oats
    1 cup ground flax meal
    4 scoops protein powder
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup coconut

Directions

Stir together the peanut butter, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Add the oats, flax meal, cinnamon, coconut and craisins; the batter will be thick. Press into an 88 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before slicing into bars.
