Introduction

I'm experimenting with using the new Sara Lee sandwich thins as a crust. I'm making this up as I go along. It might be a huge disaster and waste of money. I'm experimenting with using the new Sara Lee sandwich thins as a crust. I'm making this up as I go along. It might be a huge disaster and waste of money.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Sara Lee 100% whole wheat thin style bun
    1/4 cup Pizza Quick traditional sauce
    4 slices pepperoni
    2 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 tablespoon green pepper,chopped
    1 tablespoon onion, shopped
    6 slices mushroom
    2 large black olives, halved

Directions

1. Seperate sandwich bun.
2. Spread each half of the bun with 2 tablespoons of Pizza Quick.
3. Divide the remaining ingredients evenly between the two bun halves.
4. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 bun size mini pizza = 1 serving
