Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    in saucepan add:
    1.5 cups Pre-cooked brown medium grain rice
    .25 cups diced each: red, green & yellow peppers
    .5 cups low sodium black beans
    .25 cups diced white onion
    1/8 cup water
    1 Tablespoon cilantro
    2 Teaspoons taco season

    Heat all the way through and serve 1/3 cup as side dish
