Lo-carb Pizza

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Cups Mozzarella, divided
    1 Cup Canned Chicken, approx. 1 packed Cup
    1/4 Cup Alfredo Sauce
    1 Italian Sausage
    4 Slices Bacon (sugar free)
    1/2 cup fresh spinach
    1 Tbsp Parsley
    1 tsp basil
    4 garlic cloves

Directions

Process 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup chicken to the consistency of meal/thick crumb. Spread and press onto parchment paper on baking sheet. Top with seasonings. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add sauce and toppings. Bake for 6-8 minutes longer or until toppings are melted. Let cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Serving Size: makes 12"-14" Pizza
