Introduction

Tomato and cucumber lettuce wrap Tomato and cucumber lettuce wrap
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large leaf of Lettuce (I use the one that is called Living Lettuce)

    1 diced Plum tomato
    1/4 cup of peeled cucumber diced
    1/8 of avacado (about 1TBSP)
    1 TBSP V&O Salad dressing (optional)

    Add onions or other seasonings to taste

Directions

Lay large leaf of lettuce on plate. Place diced cucumber and tomato along the lettuce. Add the avacado to the top and lightly drizzle the salad dressing along the length.

Roll the lettuce wrap and enjoy

Serving Size: Makes one serving
