Nutless banana bread

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2-3 small overripe bananas
    2 T olive oil
    1/2 c Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 t salt
    3.5 t baking powder
    cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
    1 large egg
    3/4 c almond milk
    2.5 c flour
    1 c high fiber cereal like All Bran


Directions

Mix all ingredients except flour and cereal. Blend in the last two dry ingredients. Use olive oil spray and flour to prepare loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees 55-60 min.
