chia seed chocolate pudding

2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
3 cubes ice
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1.5 Tbsp honey
I think I remember reading that if you don't like the "seedy" texture, you can grind the chia seeds in a coffee grinder before soaking them. I haven't tried it, but I thought I'd throw it out there. I'm new to chia seeds. :)
Serving Size: Makes about 4 servings (.25 cup each)
