Ingredients

    3 cups frozen spinach
    2 tbsp of fat free cream cheese
    1 tsp of fat free plain yogurt
    seasoning (garlic salt)
    dash of chicken bouillon
    .5 cup of bread crumb mix

Tips

use about 1.5 cup of mix.

Directions

cook spinach in a small skillet. Season to taste. Add pam for butter. Once spinach is almost done add cream cheese, yogurt, and bread crumb/parmesian mixture. Keep stirring until creamy and smooth.
