IntroductionMy husband cannot eat onions so they are not included in this burger recipe. My husband cannot eat onions so they are not included in this burger recipe.
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup Baby Portabells Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Sweet bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Lawreys Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, fresh grind
2 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
1 cup panko bread crumbs for breading burgers
I serve these burgers with a side of Sweet Potato Fries and coleslaw.
Form into four burgers, dredge in additional panko bread crumbs.
Add oil to skillet and heat, add burgers and fry until browned 3-4 minutes, turn and brown the other side.
Serve on buns with sliced tomato, spinach, vegenaise and brown mustard.
