IntroductionThis is very good. My whole family likes it. It started out as a Weight Watchers recipe, but I have added to it. This is very good. My whole family likes it. It started out as a Weight Watchers recipe, but I have added to it.
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
4 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (without sauce)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup light teriyaki sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Add vegetables, stir-fry until barely tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add broth, teriyaki sauce, salt & pepper. Stsir-fry until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
