French Toast

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Bread, white (white bread), 8 slice
    *Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

Mix wet ingredients in a pie tin. Heat oil as needed in flat griddle or skillet. (I used 1/2 of this for each batch of 4 pieces). Dip bread into milk mixture and lay on griddle. Brown on both sides. Keep warm in oven between batches.
