Linda's Vegetable soup

Introduction

Lots of vegetables with a tomato & beef broth base Lots of vegetables with a tomato & beef broth base
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground venison
    1 green pepper
    .5 cup of onion
    2 15 oz. can of green beans
    3 cups of tomato juice
    1 15 oz can beef broth
    3 tsp better than boullion
    1 15 oz can of kidney beans
    9 cups of chopped cabbage

Directions

Brown venison with onions, green pepper & garlic.
Add remaining ingredients to a pot and simmer for 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 7 2-cup servings
