Turkey Spaghetti Squash Pasta with Vodka Sauce

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Jar Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
    1 Jar Ragu Robusto Sauteed Onion & Garlic Spaghetti Sauce
    1 bag (10 oz) frozen onions
    1 bag (12 oz) frozen green bell peppers
    1.2 lbs ground turkey
    1 medium spaghetti squashes (makes approx. 3 cups of squash)

    Seasonings to taste:
    Italian Seasoning
    Pepper
    Salt
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Cayenne Pepper
    Chili Powder

Directions

Bake 2 whole spaghetti squashes in oven, 1 hour at 375 degrees

Remove squashes from oven, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and scrape out squash.

Heat up both sauces in a large pan on low. Spice to taste with seasonings.

In a medium skillet, cook onions and peppers. Season to taste.

In large skillet, cook turkey.

Combine all ingredients


Serving Size: makes 8 10 oz (1.25 cup)servings
