Maple, Apple and Cinnamon Granola

    5 cups old fashion oats
    1 tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 cup maple syrup, sugar free
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup dried apples


Preheat oven to 300 F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set a side.

In a large bowl add oats and cinnamon Mix until combined.

In a small bowl add maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until combined and pour into oat mixture. Mix until well incorporated.

Spread oats onto prepared baking baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Mix and add raisins and apples. Cook for 15 minutes more.

Cool and store in a seal tight container in the cupboard or refrigerator.
