Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ounces
    Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 0.75 cup
    Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp

    Spices: salt, black pepper, garlic powder.

Directions

Season chicken with 1/8 tsp of each of the spices. Put chicken in a sealable plastic bag or container. Add pineapple, with juice, and soy sauce. Seal of cover and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. Transfer contents of the bag or container, including excess marinade, to the baking pan.
Bake in oven until chicken is fully cooked, 20 to 25 minutes.
Grab a fork.

Serving Size: Makes 3 five oz servings with .25 cup of pineapple and some marinade
