Ingredients

    Bones, back, and wings of baked chicken
    20 baby carrots
    6 medium potatoes, cut in large chunks
    12 cups of water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup packed with chopped kale

Tips

Season as desired


Directions

Simmer first 4 ingredients for 45 minutes. Let cool. Remove chicken from bones, and return to pot. Mash potatoes and carrots into meduim size pieces. Add onions and kale. Cook until kale is tender.

Serving Size: 12 1-cup servings
