Taco Casserole

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Flour Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    *Extra Lean Ground Pork, 16 oz (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .66 cup (remove)
    *Cream of mushroom soup - reduced sodium - great value, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *cheese - shredded taco cheese, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Brown meat. Add soup and chili and heat till warmed. Spray 8X10 baking pan with non stick spray. Lay half of tortillas in bottom. Add half of meat mixture. Place rest of tortillas in pan top with rest of meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
