Ingredients
-
- as much spinach as you want( note that spinach shrinks when boiled)
-water for boiling
- 3 tbsp or more surigoma( ground white or black sesame seeds)
*you can grind them yourself if you don't have surigoma
-1 tsp brown sugar
-1 tsp soy sauce
Tips
Directions
1. boil spinach or green beans till soft enough
2. put a little mound of surigoma in a bowl
3. add brown sugar and soy sauce and mix
