Introduction

I used all my leftovers for this recipe. I used all my leftovers for this recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1-3/4 oz baked salmon
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese(just curds)
    2 tbsp low fat sour cream
    1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
    1/2 diced shallot
    1/8 tsp celery salt and pepper to taste
    Optional: few drop of hot sauce

Directions

Combined everything in food processor,until creamy. Makes 3/4 cup.
Maybe used as a spread for bagels or for vegetable dip.
