4 pork sausages
1 1/2 pound red potatoes
1 pound baby carrots
1 large red onion
4 tbsp oil
2 small garlic cloves
3 tsp ranch seasoning (dry)
salt & pepper
Cut each sausage in three equal parts.
Add the sausages and brush them with the remaining oil.
Season with a little kosher salt and black pepper.
Place the casserole in a preheated oven at 200C° (400F°) for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the vegetables. Flip the sausages halfway through the cooking process!
