Introduction

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 3 lb

    unsalted Beef stock, 3 cups

    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped

    *Carrott, Raw Large, 6

    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced

    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp

    *Herb Ox Sodium Free Beef Boullion (4g), 1 serving

    Garlic, 3 cloves

    *red wine vinager, 1 tbsp

    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

    Peas, frozen, 1 cup

    1/4 cup flour

    olive oil 2 Tbsp




Tips

serv over rice.. or add potato to recipe.


Directions

toss beef with flour, heat up oil n dutch oven ( lg.soup pot) brown beef and mrs. dash in oil and remaining ingredients bring to boil reduce heat to simmer cover and let cook till meat and veg is tender. can thicken with corn starch if need be.
