Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

    1/4 Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/4 Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
    2 3oz Pork Chops

Directions

Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a flat dish. Spread 1/2 tbsp of mayo onto thawed pork chops. Coat pork chops in bread and cheese mixture and broil until optimum temperature is reached. 10-15 minutes. Let chops rest before serving.
