Baked Spaghetti Squash with meat sauce

Ingredients

    1 whole Spaghetti Squash

    Tomato Sauce, 15oz.
    .5 tbsp Olive Oil
    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 tsp dried Italian seasoning mix
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
    1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Cut squash in half and clean seeds from inside. Place in a baking dish with 1/2 cup of water and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400F, 1 hour or until tender.

Meanwhile, brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add onion, garlic, crushed red pepper and italian seasoning. Add tomato sauce and simmer until squash is ready.

Scrape inside of squash and mix with sauce. Add to 9 X13 baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
