2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup Splenda
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 oz butter
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 egg small
4 cups sliced fresh apple
1 tsp cinnamon
Add liquid and beat lightly.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Add apples sprinkled with a little Splenda and cinnamon powder.
Pour batter over evenly.
Bake at 350*F or 325*F in convection oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden.
