Ingredients

    starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz), 2 serving (1 whole can, drained is two servings)
    Hellman Mayo, 1 tbsp
    Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp (I use whatever Wal-Mart sells)
    French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp
    Kangaroo Pita Pocket Bread(1/2 pita), 1 serving

Tips

You can add more to it or less but that will change the calorie count.


Directions

Mix the tuna salad ingredients and put inside a pita pocket half.

Serving Size: Makes 2 pita pockets half sandwiches
