IntroductionTurkey Salad Turkey Salad
3 cups of Chopped Cooked Turkey (light meat)
5 Tbsp of Light Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
5 Tbsp Light Mayo
1 Tomato (chopped)
2 Celery Stalk (chopped)
3 Tbsp Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder (to taste)
1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning (to taste)
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Salt
I use one of those dipping sauce containers you see in restuarants that houses ketchup, honey mustard and other various dipping sauces (they sell them at Walmart too).
These measure exactly 2 oz.
Great on two pieces of whole wheat bread or as a snack with crackers.
I like to also take a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber on a sandwich as well. Yumm.
