Easy Paleo Banana Bread

A less-sweet yummy version; delicious with PB! A less-sweet yummy version; delicious with PB!

Ingredients

    3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
    6 eggs
    1 T. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. flour (almond or coconut) or 1/2 flour 1/2 ground flax seed

Directions

Mix all wet and dry ingredients separately. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
