Wendy's Chili Clone

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, browned

    1/2 onion, sauteed with the beef

    2 8-oz cans tomato sauce

    1 can Ro-tel

    1 can red beans

    1 can pinto beans

    1 tsp cumin

    2 T chili powder

    1 tsp black pepper

    2 tsp salt

    1 cup water

Directions

Brown beef. Drain off fat & rinse in collander with hot water. Saute onions with the beef in the pot. Add remaining ingredients or combine in crockpot.

Simmer for at least 2 hours on the stovetop or 4 hours on low in the crockpot.
