Basic Chocolate Protein Muffin

Ingredients

    3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    1 Tbs. Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/4 cup Milk of choice (I use Unsweetened Flax Milk)
    1/2 tsp. Stevia (I use SweetLeaf)
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    2 Tbs. Coconut Flour (I use Bob's Red Mill)
    1 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour (Or flour of your choice)
    1 Tbs. Cocoa Powder (Hershey's Special Dark)
    1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/8 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions

Combine wet ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour into prepared baking tin.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
