Introduction

Easy tasty soup! Lots of canned items - so it's dump and go (except for the ground turkey) and definitely put in the tortilla strips - i used low card kind - tasty!

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Ground turkey, browned, and
    Drained
    1 Large Can Tomatoes, crushed, diced or sauce (for some kick use rotel)
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 can Sweet Corn
    1 Small Can Green Chilies
    1 can Enchilada Sauce
    2 cans Beef Broth
    2 Envelopes Taco Seasoning
    1-3 jalapenos diced

Tips

Toppings: cut up onions, sliced jalapenos, cut low carb tortillas into stips, and some pepper jack cheese


Directions

Put ingredients into crock pot on low for the day, or on high for a couple of hours.
