Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Great Value Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim), 1 serving
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Hillshire Farm Deli Select Smoked Ham, 2 oz
    Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, 4 serving
    *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 3 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 1 serving
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4 oz cut up into bite size chunks
    Wing Sauce - Hot, 1 serving

Tips

mix up the veggies and cut out the pepperoni for lower sodium.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Separate pizza dough and roll out into 4 equal servings. Each serving should be the size of a large meatball. Flatten out into thin round servings.
Put the Cheese, Spinach, onions, peppers, ham, pepperoni and sauce in the middle of each flattened dough. Fold it over and press the sides down so it looks like a calzone..

now, place the chicken chunks in a baking dish sprayed with PAM

Bake both the calzones and the chicken for approx 20 minutes, or until both are cooked through.

Let the calzones sit aside while you toss the chicken pieces in the buffalo sauce.

Serve with Fat Free Ranch
