Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    RAW multigrain hot cereal (Spiced Chai Flavor), 1 packet
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup

Tips

add water or less milk to get the consistency you like. I like to top with tsp butter, lemon & powdered sugar


Directions

makes 4- big pancakes

mix all ingredients in blender. Spoon about 1/2 cup of batter onto preheated griddle sprayed with cooking spray. Flip and cook on second side when batter is bubbly around the edge and underside is browned. about 1 1/2 mins per side. (watch the heat, they can burn quickly)
